I remember walking home from Ardmore to here house on Lockland Ave. It was nice to take a break there before continuing on to Brantley St. She had an 18th birthday party there with a local band. It was a really fun night and I remember her with the a fondness that has remained for more that 50 years. She had that type of kindness that was genuine. I sorry I didn't have the chance to see her again before she passed away. I know her family misses her immensely. I remember her mother was also very gentle and kind too. It was a trait that made her one of my favorite moms, while growing up in Ardmore.
